چکیده
Introduction: Detailed knowledge of the branching pattern internal iliac artery will be a guidance for ligating and its branches during various pelvic surgeries. Hence, main objective this study was to know artery, based on Adachis Classification along with length diameter arteries. Methods: The descriptive observational cross-sectional conducted at Department Human Anatomy Nepal medical college, examined over period 9 months from June 2021- February 2022 which included 30 arteries right left sides 15 embalmed male human cadavers. Results: In study, (IIA) Type Ia in 19 (63.33%) III 11 (36.66%) cases while type I b, II a, IV V were not observed. total minimum maximum lengths both trunk 1.33 cm 3.42 respectively average standard deviation 2.61cm ± 0.66.The calculated P valve (0.002) showed that differences between IIA statistically significant. obturator 6.37±1.33 2.47cm±0.67 respectively. found originated anterior posterior division accounting as 96.66% 3.33% Conclusions: Pelvic surgeries may lead hemorrhage if patterns are incorrectly interpreted thus endanger patient’s life prostatectomy, hernioplasty. current explain important aspects vascular anatomy only anatomists morphologists, but also radiologists, general surgeons. Key words: artery; inferior gluteal pudendal variations.

A Rare Variation in Branching Pattern of the Internal Iliac Artery: A Case Report
Internal iliac artery (IIA) shows frequent variations in its branching pattern. We saw variations in the branching pattern of right IIA in a male cadaver. The IIA divided into anterior and posterior divisions. The branches of the anterior division included umbilical artery, inferior vesical artery, obturator artery. The other branches arose from posterior trunk such as iliolumbar, lateral s...

متن کاملVariations in the Branching Pattern of Popliteal Artery and It’s Clinical Implications : a Cadaveric Study
Background: Due to the increasing number of surgical techniques used nowadays on the knee joint, the importance of the knowledge of the branching pattern of the vessels neighboring the joint becomes very significant. Anomalies of vascular patterns near the knee joint particularly the popliteal vessels, are therefore noteworthy in understanding the atypical clinical findings encountered while de...
متن کاملa contrastive study of rhetorical functions of citation in iranian and international elt scopus journals
writing an academic article requires the researchers to provide support for their works by learning how to cite the works of others. various studies regarding the analysis of citation in m.a theses have been done, while little work has been done on comparison of citations among elt scopus journal articles, and so the dearth of research in this area demands for further investigation into citatio...
Bilateral Variation of Internal Iliac Artery
Understanding anatomical variations can help physicians achieve better results in clinical practice. During routine dissection, we found variations in the branches of Internal Iliac Artery (IIA) of a 65-year-old Iranian female cadaver. The IIA ended by dividing to an unusual smaller anterior and a greater posterior trunk which was branched to the inferior gluteal arteries. Both pelvis and the u...
